Necessary preference storage
The site stores the key traceyield_cookie_consent in first-party local storage. It records only the consent version, your Analytics choice and the time of that choice. TraceYield chose a maximum preference lifetime of 183 days; this is a design choice, not a statutory period. The preference is not an Analytics cookie and is not sent to a server.
Optional Google Analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics”, the site loads Google Analytics using measurement ID G-GDC34EMBL9. Google may set _ga and _ga_<stream-id> first-party cookies to distinguish browsers and measure site use. The site configures a maximum 90-day expiry and disables renewal on each page view. This is a site setting, not a statutory period. No Analytics tag, Analytics cookie or measurement request is made before opt-in.
Provider and data
Google provides Analytics. Page paths, page titles, timestamps, referrer, browser/device information, approximate location and pseudonymous identifiers may be processed. In browser QA, the current property sent automatically collected scroll and form-start events. A form-start event may include limited form metadata, but not submitted field values. Other Enhanced Measurement events depend on property settings and must be checked. The site does not request Google Fonts.
Change or withdraw your choice
Choose “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time. Turning Analytics off stores that choice, stops future page-view collection and asks the browser to remove accessible _ga cookies. A cookie that is already sent cannot be recalled. If you clear browser storage, the site may ask for your choice again.
