TraceYield

Website Terms of Use

These terms apply to the public TraceYield website. They do not form SaaS, subscription, trial or customer terms.

Last updated: 8 October 2026

Scope and separate agreements

This public website is operated by Kamil Wolski as an individual under the TraceYield project name. These terms govern use of the website and its public information. A demo request is an invitation to contact the operator; it does not create a paid service contract. Any trial, product access or customer deployment may be governed by a separate order, service agreement and data processing agreement.

Website information

Kamil Wolski makes reasonable efforts to keep public information current, but pages and product descriptions may change and are not a binding service specification unless a separate agreement expressly incorporates them. Scheduling and availability of a demo are confirmed separately. Personal data in a demo request is handled under the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The TraceYield name and branding are used for this project and website. Rights in original website text, diagrams, resources and site software belong to Kamil Wolski or the relevant rights holder, as applicable. You may view the site, link to it, cite material lawfully and allow ordinary search-engine indexing. No rights are claimed in third-party works identified on the site.

Permitted use

You may not use the site to obtain unauthorized access, intentionally disrupt its operation, distribute malware, bypass security controls, impersonate another person or act unlawfully. These terms do not prohibit legitimate linking, indexing or responsible vulnerability reporting through an appropriate channel.

External websites

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience or context. Those sites are controlled by their operators, and their content and practices are their responsibility.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where applicable law does not allow that exclusion or limitation, or removes mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, Kamil Wolski is not responsible for indirect loss arising from ordinary use of public information on the site. Separate customer agreements govern liability for services supplied under those agreements.

Law and changes

Dutch law governs these website terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections and rules on jurisdiction that apply to you. Kamil Wolski may update the terms by publishing a new version here. Updates do not retroactively change a separately concluded contract.
